Tutorial written for PSP 9, any version will work though.

Filters Used:
None!
Supplies:
Tube of choice
Template by Missy of Divine Intentionz.
It is template #30, found in her collection 21-40.
Definitely check out the rest of Missy's site.
She's got some awesome temps and wordart temps!

Scraptkit of choice.
Scraptkit I used is by Nicole Gregory of Simply Irresistable Designs,
a member of the Creative Scraps store.
This kit is called Blue for You.



Ready?

Open the supplies
and minimize for later.

Open the template 30 from Divine Intentionz, and close her copyright layer.
Grab your magic wand tool
Tolerance-10, Feather-1 Select the inside of the frame layer.
Open a paper of choice,
resize and colorize as needed, and then paste onto your canvas.
Selections-Modify-Expand by 1.
Selections-Invert.
Hit the delete key once.
Selections-Select None.

Next, go to Image-Rotate-Rotate Clockwise 90.
This will rotate your entire canvas
so it's standing on it's side.
Select the inside of the frame background layer.
Grab your magic wand again,
same settings.
Open another paper of choice,
resize and colorize as needed, and then paste onto your canvas.
Selections-Modify-Expand by 3.
Selections- Invert.
Hit the delete key once.
Do Not Deselect yet!

Open a tube of choice,
paste onto your canvas and then resize if needed.
Arrange under your frame and hit the delete key once.
Selections-Select None.

Add a small dropshadow to all of your layers.
Then delete the layer called brush by Agi.

Open a bling doodle, I used bling1 from Blue for You.
Resize and paste above your background layer.
Duplicate. Image-Flip.
Merge the two together.
Duplicate. Image- Mirror.
Merge the two together.

Open a heart of choice,
I used brokenheart1 from Blue for You.
Resize and paste somewhere onto your frame.
Make sure the point of the heart
is aligned with your frame.

Next, open a necklace of choice,
I used the only necklace in Blue for You, hehe.
Resize and paste underneath your heart layer.

Open a wrap or ribbon of choice,
I used the only wrap ribbon in the kit.
Resize and arrange at the bottom of your frame.
Grab your eraser tool,
and erase the bits of the ribbon starting at the
inside of your frame edge,
to the edge of your tag.

Add your name,
then add your copyright information.

Crop and resize to your liking.

Save as .jpg or .png

and you are done!!!
