Tutorial written for PSP 9, any version will work though.

Filters Used:
EyeCandy 4- Gradient Glow (Optional)

Supplies:
Tube of choice,
a sitting tube works best.
Four closeup tubes of choice.
Scrap kit of choice,
Scraptkit I used is by Bittersweet Designs.
This kit is called Sweet Baby Girl
and it can be purchased from Taggers Scraps.



Open a new image 700x700
(You can crop later.)
Flood fill white.

Open two frames, double if you can.
I used the dark and light purple frames from the Sweet Baby Girl kit. (SBG)
Resize and paste them onto your canvas,
mirroring one of the frames and moving them close together.

Open two textured papers from your kit,
I used papers 14 and 16 of SWB.
Resize and paste them onto your canvas.

Grab your magic wand
Tolerance-15
Feather- 0
Click inside the boxes of the darker ribboned frame.
Selections- Modify- Expand by 10 pixels
Selections-Invert
Hit the delete key once on the lighter paper.
Selections-Select None.

Grab your magic wand
Tolerance-15
Feather- 0
Click inside the boxes of the lighter ribboned frame.
Selections- Modify- Expand by 10 pixels
Selections-Invert
Hit the delete key once on the darker paper.
Selections-Select None.

That is going to be a usual for this tutorial.
the lighter colors paired on the darker side,
and the darker colors on the lighter side.

Open your four closeups,
resize any that need it,
and then paste them onto your canvas,
one by one below your frames.
Grab your magic wand, same settings,
select inside your first box.
Selections- Modify- Expand by 10 pixels.
Back on the tube layer under that box,
Selections-Invert.
Hit the delete key once.
Selections-Select None.

Grab your magic wand, same settings,
select inside your second box.
Selections- Modify- Expand by 10 pixels.
Back on the tube layer under that box,
Selections-Invert.
Hit the delete key once.
Selections-Select None.

Grab your magic wand, same settings,
select inside your third box.
Selections- Modify- Expand by 10 pixels.
Back on the tube layer under that box,
Selections-Invert.
Hit the delete key once.
Selections-Select None.

Grab your magic wand, same settings,
select inside your fourth box.
Selections- Modify- Expand by 10 pixels.
Back on the tube layer under that box,
Selections-Invert.
Hit the delete key once.
Selections-Select None.

Hide everything but your four closeups,
merge visible,
and then change the properties to Luminance.

Paste your tube as a new layer,
and position atop the frame in the center.
Add a drop shadow of choice.

Open florals of choice,
I used flowers 1, 2, 5, and 6.
Resize them and paste each flower under it's coordinating side.
Light with the dark side,
dark with the light side.
Once you are done, hide everything but the top and bottom flowers
Merge visible.

Next open the eyelets that match the colors of your frames.
Resize and paste over the little eyelets already there.
Top and bottom.
Light over the dark ribbon.
Dark over the light ribbon.
Top and bottom.

Next open two bows.
I used bows 3 and 4.
Resize and paste over the new eyelets.
Light over the dark eyelet.
Dark over the light eyelet.
Top and bottom.

Finally, open two butterflies.
I used butterflies 1 and 2.
Resize and paste over the two bows on bottom.
Light over dark bow.
Dark over light bow.

Add a phrase or wordart of choice and an optional gradient glow.

Add your name,
with an optional gradient glow.
Add your copyright.

Save as .jpg or .png

And your done!!
