Tutorial written for PSP 9, any version will work though.
Filters Used:
EyeCandy 4- Gradient Glow (Optional)
Supplies:
Tube of choice.
(A sitting tube or laying tube works best.)
Wordart of choice.
Mask of choice.
Scrap kit of choice,
Scraptkit I used is by Adelina of
Adelina's Designs.
and A-liya of
A-liya's Dreams.
This kit is called All These Pretty Things
and it can be purchased from
Digital-Arts Cafe.
Open a new image 700x700
(You can crop later.)
Flood fill white.
Fair warning...If you purchase All These Pretty Things
to use with this tutorial, look at file names carefully!
Adelina's portion will have her name before the file,
A-liya's will not.
Open a frame of choice, or frame1 from All These Pretty Things (ATPT).
Resize and paste them onto your canvas.
Open a paper from your kit from your kit,
I used adelina-pp4 from ATPT.
Resize and paste underneath your frame.
Grab your magic wand
Tolerance-15
Feather- 0
Click inside the frame.
Make sure you get inside all of the closed scrolls too!
Selections- Modify- Expand by 5 pixels
Selections-Invert
Hit the delete key once.
Selections-Select None.
Open a lace or ribbon of choice.
I used adelina-lace from ATPT.
Resize and paste under your frame layer.
Arrange however much you want to show on the top.
Duplicate. Image-Flip.
Arrange however much you want to show on the bottom.
Merge the two together.
Grab your magic wand again,
same settings.
Click inside the frame.
Make sure you get inside all of the closed scrolls too!
Selections- Modify- Expand by 5 pixels
Selections-Invert
Hit the delete key once.
Selections-Select None.
Open a swirl of choice,
I used heart1 from ATPT for mine.
Resize it so that it's vaguely the width of your frame.
Paste into the center,
then arrange where you like it.
Open a tag of choice.
I used adelina-tag2 for mine.
Resize and paste over the bottom of your frame.
Open a lace or ribbon of choice.
I used lace2 from ATPT.
Resize and paste under your frame layer.
Arrange however much you want to show above your tag.
Grab your magic wand again,
same settings.
Click inside the frame.
Make sure you get inside all of the closed scrolls too!
Selections- Modify- Expand by 5 pixels
Selections-Invert
Hit the delete key once.
Selections-Select None.
Open a stamp or wax element of choice.
I used peacock1.
Resize and place at the bottom of your tag.
Add a drop shadow to these layers.

Open a heart necklace or doodle of choice,
I used adelina-heart1.
Resize so that it's about the size of your frame.
Then paste above your background layer.
Duplicate and then drag the duplicate underneath your tag layer.
Grab your eraser tool
and erase a bit of it so it looks like its threaded through your frame.
Add your wordart of choice,
or create your own like I did.
Add a three color gradient glow.
Open your tube,
resize as needed and paste so that it's sitting on your tag.
Add the same drop shadow as before,
except change the V&H to 1.
Open a paper of choice,
resize and colorize as needed.
Paste above your background layer.
Apply your mask of choice.
Add your name,
with an optional gradient glow.
Add your copyright.
Save as .jpg or .png
And your done!!
