Do not use the same tube I do unless you have a valid license!!

Tutorial written for PSP 9, any version will work though.

Filters Used:
EyeCandy 4- Gradient Glow (Optional)

Supplies:
Tube of choice
Word art of choice.
Scraptkit of choice.
Scraptkit I used is by Adelina's Designs.
This kit is called Lilac.



Ready?

Open the supplies
and minimize for later.

New image 700 x 700
(You can crop later.)
Flood fill white.

Open a wrapped frame from your kit of choice,
or SID-LoveRomance-Frame3 from the Love & Romance (LR) kit.
Resize and paste into the center of your canvas.
Grab one of the papers from the your kit kit,
colorize as needed and paste beneath your frame layer.
Grab your magic wand,
Tolerance- 10, Feather-0
select the inside of your frame,
and then go to Selections- Modify- Expand by 10.
Back to your paper layer,
Selections- Invert.
Hit the delete key once.
Selections-Select None.
I overlayed paper 12 over paper 8 from the LE kit.

Next grab two florals, resize and paste below your frame.
I used SID-LoveRomance-Flowers1 and SID-LoveRomance-Flowers3.
Arrange the two florals close together,
duplicate whichever you used as the top floral,
drag below the second floral, creating a three layer floral.
Once you're happy with it, close off all layers but the florals,
merge visible.
Duplicate. Image-Mirror.
Duplicate this layer,
Image-Rotate-Free Rotate-Left by 90 degrees.
Duplicate this layer, Image-Flip.

Now, grab a ribbon of choice,
I used SID-LoveRomance-FoldedRibbon2,
resize and paste above your topmost floral layer.
Duplicate, Image-Flip.
Duplicate this ribbon, then move below your other floral layers.
Image-Rotate-Free Rotate-Left by 90 degrees.
Duplicate this layer, Image- Mirror.
You should now have the top and bottom ribbon layers above the florals
and the left and right florals below the florals.

Open a glitter splat,
I used SID-LoveRomance-Glitter1,
resize to just a bit larger than your florals.
Paste above your background layer, and then arrange so some of it shows.
Duplicate. Image-Mirror. Image- Flip.

Grab a word art/doodle/element of choice.
I used SID-LoveRomance-LoveTags,
resize and colorize as needed,
paste above your frame.
If you used the tags, erase a bit of the chains so they look like
they're hanging from the frame.

Open your tube.
Resize as needed and paste below your frame layer.
Duplicate the tube, and drag the duplicate above your frame.
Erase the bits hanging over the bottom.

The finishing touch, is grabbing a butterfly,
I used SID-LoveRomance-Butterfly.
Resize and colorize as needed,
then paste over the knot of your frame.

Add a dropshadow to all of your elements,
Add your name,
an optional gradient glow,
then add your copyright information.

Crop and resize to your liking.

Save as jpg. or .png,
and you are done!!!
