Tutorial written for PSP 9, any version will work though.

Filters Used:
EyeCandy 4- Gradient Glow (Optional)

Supplies:
Tube of choice
Scraptkit of choice.
Scraptkit I used is by Nicole Gregory of Simply Iresistible Designz,
a member of the Creative Scraps store.
This kit is called Esmerelda's Envy.



Ready?

Open the supplies
and minimize for later.

New image 700 x 700
(You can crop later.)
Flood fill white.

If you are using the Esmerelda's Envy kit (EE)
paste frame1 onto the center of your canvas.
Grab paper9 from the EE kit,
colorize and paste beneath your frame layer.
Resize by 70% smart size,
all layers UNchecked
Grab your magic wand.
Tolerance- 15, Feather-0
Click inside your frame,
make sure to get all the little parts too!
Selections- Expand by 10.
Go back to your paper layer,
Selections-Invert
Hit the delete key once.
Selections-Select None.

Open your tube of choice.
Resize and then paste below your frame layer.
Arrange into the position you like,
and then duplicate your tube.
Drag the duplicate tube layer above your frame,
then grab your eraser tool and erase the bits hanging over the frame.

Now for the hard part!
Open the following from EE or something similar:
doodle flower1, envy tag, ivy1, ivy2, cloth flower
metal butterfly2, satin bow2, and swag 1.

Start with the metallic butterfly,
resize and colorize as needed before
arranging so that some of the edges are hanging out.

Resize and paste the doodle flower under one corner of your frame,
Duplicate. Image-Mirror. Image-Flip.

Resize and paste the cloth flower under an empty corner of your frame,
Duplicate. Image-Mirror. Image-Flip.

Open up the ivy1 and ivy 2.
Resize and paste ivy1 onto ivy2's canvas,
arrange so that they're close together, sort of like a bundle.
Paste underneath your frame layer.
Duplicate. Image-Mirror.

Open the envy tag,
resize and paste into an upper corner above your frame.
Open your swag,
resize by 90% smart size and then paste above your frame,
above your envy tag,
then align so it lines up with your frame.

Finally, open up the satin bow 1,
resize and paste over your envy tag.

Add a small dropshadow to all of your elements.
Add your name,
an optional gradient glow,
then add your copyright information.

Crop and resize to your liking.

Save as jpg. and .png,
and you are done!!!
