Tutorial written for PSP 9, any version will work though.

Filters Used:
Eye Candy 4- Gradient Glow (Optional)

Supplies:
Tube of choice
Scraptkit of choice.
The scrap kit I am using is called
Summer Cottage by Adelina's Designs.

Word art of choice, or the word art by me.
Word art that I created can be found on my blog.


Ready?

Open the supplies
and minimize for later.

New image 700 x 700
(You can crop later.)
Flood fill white.

Open your frame of choice
resize and then
paste into the center of your canvas.
I used ade-sc-frame2, and just rotated it by 90 degrees right.

Select your magic wand,
Tolerance- 15
Feather- 0
and select all of the areas inside the frame.
Selections- Modify- Expand by 10.

Choose a paper of choice,
resize and then copy and paste underneath your frame layer.
Selections-Invert
Hit the delete key once,
Do not deselect!

Open a border of choice,
resize and paste beneath your frame.
I used ade-sc-border.
Hit the delete key once.
Selections- Select None.

Open your tube,
resize if necessary.
Paste tube below your frame layer,
but above your border layer.

Go back to your border layer.
Selections-Select All.
Selections-Float.
Selectons-Defloat.
Back on your tube layer,
hit the delete key once.

Change the properties of your tube to Screen.

Open a flower of choice.
I used ade-sc-fl2.
Resize as needed, and then paste onto the top corner of your frame.
Open a doodle or shape.
I used ade-sc-doodle.
Arrange at the top of your frame,
under your flower.

Open a chain of choice,
I used ade-sc-chain1.
Resize and paste underneath your flower,
arrange so that it is centered under your flower.
Grab your eraser tool and erase any bits of ribbon
that show outside of your flower.

Open up some leaves of choice,
I used ade-sc-leaf.
Resize and paste underneath your flower.
Arrange as you see fit.

Add a drop shadow to all of your layers.
V&H- 0
Opacity- 100
Blur- 5
and tube layer shadow of choice.

Add your wordart,
and then position on your frame.

Add your name,
and copyright information.
Add the optional thick gradient glow of choice to your name and wordart.

Crop and resize as needed.
Save as .jpg or .png
and you are done!!!
