This tutorial is written assuming you have
a slight knowledge of PSP.

Tutorial written for PSP 9, any version will work though.

Filters Used:
EyeCandy 4-Gradient Glow (Optional)

Supplies:
Image of choice.
Wordart/phrase of choice.
Scrapkit of choice!
Scraptkit I used is by DMK Designs.
that you can purchase from Tagger's Scraps.
This kit is called Shabby Sunflowers.

Open all of the supplies
and minimize for later.

New image 700 x 700
(You can crop later.)
Flood fill white.

Open one of the frames from your scrap kit,
or SS-frame01 if you are using Shabby Sunflowers. (SS)
resize and paste into the center of your canvas.

Select your magic wand,
Tolerance- 15
Feather- 0
and select the area inside of your frame.
Selections- Modify- Expand by 10

Open your image of choice,
resize and paste beneath your frame layer.
Arrange the portion of what you want visible into your frame.
Selections-Invert.
Hit the delete key once.
Selections- Select None.

Open a ribbon of choice,
or SS_ribbon02 if you are using SS.
Paste the ribbon ontop of your frame layer,
and arrange at the top of your frame.
Only resize if you have to!

Go back to your frame layer,
grab your magic wand, same settings.
click outside of your frame.
Selections- Modify-Expand by 7.
Grab your eraser tool,
and erase the bits hanging over your frame.
This should make it look
like the ribbon is actually coming from the frame.
Do not select!

Open a ribbon of choice,
or SS_ribbon01 if you are using SS.
Paste the ribbon ontop of your frame layer,
and arrange at the bottomr of your frame.
Only resize if you have to!
Hit the delete key once.
Selections- Select None.

Add a drop shadow to your frame,
and ribbon elements.
V&H- 0
Opacity- 70
Blur- 5

Open one of the florals from your kit,
or SS_sunflower01 if you are using SS.
resize and colorize as needed,
paste over your ribbon, above your frame.

Open a doodle of choice,
or SS_doodle02 if you are using SS.
Resize and arrange under your frame, so that it curves around your frame.
Duplicate. Image-Mirror.
Merge the two together.
Duplicate. Image-Flip.
Merge them together.

Open a doodle of choice,
or SS_doodle01 if you are using SS.
Resize and arrange under your frame,
so that it fills in the gaps between the top and bottom doodles.
Duplicate. Image-Mirror.
Merge the two together.

Open a staple, or SS_staple.
Resize and paste onto your frame corner.

Duplicate. Image-Mirror.
Merge the two together.
Duplicate. Image-Flip.
Merge them together.

Add your wordart of choice,
and an optional gradient glow. Add your name,
with an optional three color gradient glow.
Add your copyright information.
Crop and Resize to preference.

Save as .jpg or .png,

and you are done!!!
