This tutorial is written assuming you have
a slight knowledge of PSP.

Tutorial written for PSP 9, any version will work though.

Filters Used:
EyeCandy 4-Gradient Glow (Optional)

Supplies:
Image of choice.
Wordart/phrase of choice.
(My word art was created by me from
a quote from Stephanie Myers "Twilight")
Mask of choice.
I used Becky's Mask 23.
Scrapkit of choice!
Scraptkit I used is by Lynn Earwicker.
that you can purchase from Scrappin Divaz.
This kit is called Midnight Sun.

Open all of the supplies
and minimize for later.

New image 700 x 700
(You can crop later.)
Flood fill white.

Open one of the frames from your scrap kit,
or moo_midnightsun_torncardboardframe if you are using Midnight Sun. (MS)
resize and paste into the center of your canvas.
Image-Rotate-Free Rotate by 90 degrees right or left.

Select your magic wand,
Tolerance- 15
Feather- 0
and select the area inside of your first frame.
Selections- Modify- Expand by 10 or 15

Open your image of choice,
resize and paste beneath your frame layer.
Arrange the portion of what you want visible into your frame.
Selections-Invert.
Hit the delete key once.
Selections- Select None.

Open your image of choice again,
resize and paste beneath your frame layer.
Mirror and then
arrange the portion of what you want visible into your frame.
Using your magic wand tool, select the second frame.
Selctions-Modify-Expand by 10 or 15.
Selections-Invert.
Hit the delete key once.
Selections- Select None.

Add a drop shadow to your frame and tube.
V&H- 0
Opacity- 50
Blur- 5

Open two of the florals from your kit,
or moo_midnightsun_flowerbranch and moo_midnightsun_flowerpainting if you are using MS.
resize and colorize as needed,
paste each below your frame and image layers,
so they hang around the edges of the frame prettily.
Merge the two together and duplicate.
Image-Mirror.
Merge Down.
Duplicate.
Image-Flip.

Open a ribboned charm of choice,
or moo_midnightsun_wireheart if you are using MS.
Resize and arrange at atop corner of the frame.

Open a peice of jewelry, or moo_midnightsun_crystalbutterfly from MS.
Resize and paste onto your lower center frame.

Add your wordart,
and an optional gradient glow.

Hide your background.
Merge visible and then resize to about the size you want it.

Add your mask of choice using a paper of choice,
I used moo_midnightsun_paper08 and colorized it.

Add your name,
with the same optional three color gradient glow.
Add your copyright information.
Crop and Resize to preference.

Save as .jpg or .png,

and you are done!!!
