have a valid license!!

This tutorial is written assuming you have
a slight knowledge of PSP.

Tutorial written for PSP 9, any version will work though.

Filters Used:
EyeCandy 4-Gradient Glow (Optional)

Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Wordart/phrase of choice.
(I made the wordart, and it's a phrase by me!)
Scrapkit of choice!
Scraptkit I used is by Lynne of BabyCakeScraps
that you can purchase from her blog.
This kit is called Butterflies are Free.

Open all of the supplies
and minimize for later.

New image 700 x 700
(You can crop later.)
Flood fill white.

Open one of the frames from your scrap kit,
and paste into the center of your canvas.

Select your magic wand,
Tolerance- 15
Feather- 0
and select the area inside of your frame.
Selections- Modify- Expand by 10

Choose one of the papers from your kit,
colorize if needed, and
copy and paste underneath your frame layer.
Hit the delete key once.
Do not deselect!

Open a ruffle or ribbon of choice,
resize and paste the ribbon underneath frame layer.
Hit the delete key once.
Selections- Select None.

Paste your tube on top of the frame layer,
and move it into position.

Add a drop shadow to your frame
V&H- 0
Opacity- 50
Blur- 5
and both tube layer
V&H- 0
Opacity- 50
Blur- 20

Open one of the knots/bows from your kit,
resize and colorize as needed,
paste over your ruffle, above your frame.

Open two spirals,
resize and then paste onto opposite corners of your frame,
mirroring one of them.

Open two butterflies of choice.
Resize and paste them onto your frame somewhere.

Open another element of choice,
like my little heart there,
paste into the upper center of your frame.

Open two different colored splats of choice.
Resize and paste above your background layer.
Arrange the two colors together how you like them,
then merge them together.
Duplicate. Image-Flip.

Add your wordart of choice,
and an optional gradient glow. Add your name,
with an optional three color gradient glow.
Add your copyright information.
Crop and Resize to preference.

Save as .jpg or .png,

and you are done!!!
