Tutorial written for PSP 9, any version will work though.

Filters Used:
EyeCandy 4- Gradient Glow (Optional)

Supplies:
Tube of choice.
Wordart of choice.
(I made mine,
but I can't share it because
it uses a texture from Adelina's kit.)

Scrap kit of choice,
Scraptkit I used is by Adelina's Designs.
This kit is called Abalone Sunset
and it can be purchased from digitalscrapping.com



Open a new image 700x700
(You can crop later.)
Flood fill white.

Open a frame of choice, or as-frame2 from Abalone Sunset (AS).
Resize and paste them onto your canvas,
the got to Image-Rotate-Free Rotate by 90 degrees left.

Open a paper from your kit from your kit,
I used as-pp2 from AS.
Resize and paste underneath your frame.

Grab your magic wand
Tolerance-15
Feather- 0
Click inside the frame.
Selections- Modify- Expand by 10 pixels
Selections-Invert
Hit the delete key once.
Selections-Select None.

Open a swirl of choice,
I used ae-swirl from AS for mine.
Resize it so that it's vaguely the height of your frame.
Paste onto a corner,
then duplicate.
Image-Mirror. Image-Flip.

Open a floral sticker of choice,
I used as-floral2 from AS.
Resize as needed,
and then paste onto the opposite side
of your frame from your swirl.
Duplicate.
Image-Mirror.
Image-Flip.

Add a drop shadow to these layers.

Open a chain of choice,
resize and paste over your swirl.
Arrange so that it looks like it's hanging from your swirl.
Grab your eraser tool and erase a bit of it so it really looks like its hanging.

Add your wordart of choice,
or create your own like I did.
Add a single color fat gradient glow.

Open your tube,
resize as needed and paste into the center of your frame.
Add the same drop shadow as before,
except change the V&H to 1.

Add your name,
with an optional gradient glow.
Add your copyright.

Save as .jpg or .png

And your done!!
